The China Shengfang Global Characteristic Furniture International Expo Center (referred to as Shengfang International Furniture Expo City) is located in Shengfang Town, Bazhou City, Hebei Province. It is a large-scale industrial base with metal glass furniture as its core, covering a total area of 650 acres and a construction area of 550000 square meters. It will be built in three phases with a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan. The first phase focuses on enterprise marketing headquarters and material markets, the second phase is an exhibition and trade center, and the third phase is supported by hotels and office buildings, forming the world's largest single metal glass furniture store, integrating functions such as display and trading, exhibition, logistics, etc.

The project has attracted more than 1300 companies, including 632 furniture manufacturers in the first phase, with an annual sales revenue of 520 million US dollars. The 7th China (Shengfang) Metal Glass Furniture Procurement Fair has been held, with a signed transaction volume of 2.896 billion yuan. As a key construction project in Hebei Province, with support from the provincial, municipal, and town governments, the China Furniture Association has taken the lead in establishing a research and development institute for metal glass furniture. The third phase of the plan aims to undertake the industrial transfer of southern enterprises such as Guangdong, and create a hub for the transfer of southern capital to the north.
